Pearl's Purrl of Wisdom #8- Accompany your human to the human litter box room

Pearl: Students, you must accompany your human to the human litter box room.  There are several reasons for this.

First, they may get lonely.  They need constant companionship.  They are kind of needy like that.

Second, they need reassurances that they are doing it right.  Go human!  You can do it!  Don't forget to wash behind your ears!

Third, they have limited mobility and you can get the best uninterrupted petting!

Lastly, if you are lucky like us, your human may have treats near by.

What are some of the reasons you accompany your human to the human litter box room?

  1. I can't remember the last time I was alone in the bathroom. :)

  2. Giulietta follows Mom as she gets lots of petting. Lily follows Mom 'cause she can get Mom to turn the faucet on for her to drink from. Lisbeth just likes to sleep on the bathroom rug. It is a time honored tradition for us cats to accompany our humans to their potty room. Glad to know y'all aren't falling down on the job. 3. When Mother goes in the bathroom, I follow and use the facilities at the same time. Just in case she needs reminders on how to do it correctly. ~Lexy ~

  6. Those are some great reasons for accompanying our human to the human litterbox. We usually follow the mom in there...because we can! :)

  7. Oh I do that ALL of the time for a variety of reasons! Just like Lexy my litter box is right next to the human litter box so I like to also show Mom how to do it correctly...and....it makes her sit there for a looooong time til I am done, cause she is too afraid to flush the toilet while I am doing my business! 8. I am afraid of the human litter box room, but am getting more courageous as I realize the sounds of the human litter box empty lever and the fan won't get me. My brother Kaspars goes with Mom and demands attention while she is on her litter box- I think this is rude, who wants to be bothered doing their business?! I would whap him with my paw, but Mom just sweet talks to him!!
