Things We Love #ChewyInfluencer

Gus:  These minions students eat a lot!  When Chewy offered to send us a Blue Buffalo Wilderness variety pack, we didn't turn them down!

The variety pack comes with three flavors - Duck, Chicken and Salmon.

It is high in protein and 100% grain-free.  Both things that growing kittens need.

The Mama likes it because it doesn't make the kittens gassy like other food and their poo doesn't stink quite as bad.

We weren't really concerned whether or not the kittens would like the food.  They like almost everything.

Instead we thought we would do a taste test to see if they liked a specific flavor more than the others.

So which one did they like best?

Whatever kind their brother was eating!

I tried all of the flavors as well.  Someone had to lick the bowls clean!  All flavors were delicious!

We love Chewy.com!  They have excellent customer service and their auto-ship feature makes it convenient to get things we use all the time like cat litter!

Wanna know the best part of ordering from Chewy?  The boxes!  We used a Chewy box to make the yellow submarine for the Beatles kittens.  They still have a a blast playing in it!

Things We Love - Chewy.com and Armarkat Cat Tree

Gus:  We were so excited when Chewy.com offered to send us an Armarkat Cat Tree.

Mama put it together fairly quickly.   She said it wasn't hard to assemble.

We all had to check it out.

We all waited patiently for our turn at the top of the tree.

Of course, I was first since I'm the Chief Cat Officer.

Eventually, Jaq got a turn.  Pearl got tired of waiting so she left.

Unfortunately, we all liked the box it came in better than the actual cat tree.

The tree is solid and well made.  We would have preferred a different color but our students won't care.  We are hoping a taller, cream-colored Armarkat tree will be under the Christmas tree this year.
Chewy.com has all colors and sizes of Armarkat cat trees and many of them are on sale right now.  Your kitties would love one for Christmas!

Things We Love - Chewy.com and Weruva Treats

Jaq:  Since tonight is Asha's last night as Purr's Training Acatemy, I thought I would let Asha do the review of Weruva's Paw Lickin Chicken treats for chewy.com.  Asha, what do you think of the treats?

Asha:  nom nom nom nom

Jaq:  ASHA?!?

Asha:  nom nom nom nom

Jaq:  What I'm sure Asha would say if she wasn't stuffing her face is that these treats are delicious!  I love them too and I'm not even a treat kind of guy.  Pearl is the only one of us that doesn't like them.

Jaq: The first ingredient in these treats is chicken.  Know what the second ingredient is?  Nothing!  The only ingredient is chicken!  Only freeze dried chicken!

Weruva uses quality ingredients and the Mama feels good about feeding it to us.  Right now, chewy.com has the Paw Lickin' Chicken treats on sale!  How lucky are you?

As always chewy.com is awesome!  We just ordered our canned food from them.  Their website is easy to use, their products are reasonably priced and our order got here quickly.

Things We Love - Chewy.com and Weruva BFF!

Gus:  What is this?  OMC!  It looks like a box from chewy.com.

Is that Weruva's BFF variety Pack?   Do you think I have to share?

Uh, oh!  The minions have spotted the box!

They think the box is the prize here!  Maybe I don't have to share after all.

Mouses!  Foiled again.  You can't hide something that smells this good!

We LOVED the BFF variety pack!!!  The Mama likes Weruva products because they use human grade ingredients.  It is grain free and the first ingredient is tuna.

Things We Love - The Bird Catcher Mini

 Gus:  Mama recently got a discount on Pets Can Play's Bird Catcher Mini.  We were more than happy to try it out.

It came with two guinea feather refills, a cat charmer dangler ribbon, and a wooden wand.

We LOVE feather toys like this.  The way the feathers are put together it flies through the air more like a real bird.

It was a very good value considering everything it comes with.  It is currently $11.95 on Amazon.

Pets Can Play was originally going to sell the set as accessories for their Bird Catcher Pro.  They decided to include a wooden wand so that more people can try out the feather attachments.

While the wooden wand is OK and is definitely the economical choice, we think their Bird Catcher Pro and Pro EX would be better if your toy gets a lot of use.

If you would like to try out a feather wand toy, we would recommend the Bird Catch Mini as a good place to start.

And don't forget, us cats like to win.  Let us catch the toy every once in awhile.  It makes us feel like stud-muffin-kitties.

Things I Love - Wave Perch

Jaq:  We love our Wave Perch by Urban Pet Haus!  It is so comfy!  Mama likes that they look great.  Sometimes us cats like to be up high like we are in trees.  These perches are a great way to do that.

The most important thing is to have the humans install them in a room where you can watch over them.  Mama has them over her bed.  Sometimes we watch her sleep like Gus in the photo below.

Even Pearl likes to sleep on our Wave Perches.  

Marty, the owner of Urban Pet Haus is really nice too!  Mama talked to him when she ordered our perches a couple years ago.  Then when she ordered the replacement felt pads a couple weeks ago, he sent the second set in another box so we could store them easily.  He also sent extra stickies to hold down the felt.  

The perches come in two sizes.  We have both.  Pearl likes the small one but Gus and I prefer the large one.  They are really sturdy too!  We've looked at those cheap cat shelves and I don't think they would hold a big boy like me.  

We liked our perches so much we even gave one to Grandma for Christmas.  This is a picture of our Uncle Clyde using his perch.  He's even bigger than me!  

The wave perches make a great gift!  We highly recommend them!

Things I Love - Kitty Ball Cat Bed

Pearl:  One of our favorite places to sleep is in our Refined Feline Kitty Ball Bed.  We've had it for quite awhile, way before we started this blogging thing.

 We all like to sleep in it.  Of course Jaq will sleep about anywhere.  He's a goofy sleeper.

Mama takes our picture in it all the time so you'll see it in many of our photos.

The only problem is that we only have one!

Things I love - IKEA Cat Bed Hack

Gus:  When Mama first saw the RÅSKOG utility cart, she knew right away it would make a great multi-level cat bed.

She didn't get it right away because the IKEA in Kansas City had just opened up and it was crazy busy there.  Well, she finally bought one and we totally approve!  Mama put it in the prefect spot - over the heat vent in her bedroom.  It is a great place to nap on a cold winter day.  Much more comfortable than lying directly on the heat vent.  Mama likes that it is made out of steel so she will be able to sanitize it after the minions students use it.  At $50, it isn't super expensive either.

I'm adding this to my list of Things I Love!
