Opal and Aspen would have had a rough life even if they would have tested negative and had lived. As much as the Mama tried, the fuzzballs did not want to learn that humans are good. They were clearly feral and would have been returned to their colony. While the colony they came from is well taken care of, it is a much harder life living on the streets.
We are sad that Opal and Aspen are no longer with us but we hope they know someone cared for them. We hope they will meet us at the Rainbow Bridge someday.

Gods that sucks big time. I know this must break your heart, I am so very sorry. This is a cruel edict indeed to rob us of such joyful creatures.

awww! sorry to hear it! feral kitty cats are a tad bit harder than your regular domestic kitty cats/strays! i hate when kitties pass away 35P3C1477Y!!! it's hard to bare witness to. they are your buddies. they just don't seem to live very long unfortunately :'( RIP Opal & Aspen! fragile little cuddly furballs! x
