Mommy, I know you almost lost your life having me. I am so thankful for the good Samaritan that took us to Great Plains SPCA where you could have a c-section and I could be born. I am only sorry that my siblings did not survive.
You were a very special mom; not only loving me but caring for 5 orphans. I know we were quite a handful!

That is why I am so excited that you are headed to Oregon at this very moment with 26 other cats from Great Plains. Tomorrow you will arrive at the Cat Adoption Team in Portland, Oregon where you will be available for adoption. Typically, cats transferred from Great Plains to CAT are adopted within a week. I just know you will find a home quickly! Some human will be lucky to find you! I hope you have a great life, Mommy! I will love you always!

Finally, I'd like to say Happy Mother's Day to my first foster mom, Heather and my current foster mom, Jenny. We kitties are so lucky that caring people like you open up your hearts and homes. Thank you for teaching us that humans are good and for loving us. We are the luckiest of kittens! We love you!
What a beautiful post. Happy Mother's Day, Matilda!!!
